Our first episode of the summer of ’23 is with teacher, educator, social activist, poet, and author – Dr. Deborah J. Burris-Kitchen. This is a powerful episode on “isms”.

We do a pretty deep dive into racism, sexism, heightism… I believe everyone involved remained very conscious and supportive with very personal and potentially volatile conversations. That’s communication; that’s healing.
